Hi, I’m Patrick and I’m trying to build guitars.  This is actually my first official guitar.  My first is functional, but it isn’t pretty and loaded with obvious mistakes.  I use it now as a test bed for practice.  Maybe I’ll post a photo…not yet.        Anyway, here’s the progress on the neck.   All maple, with a birdseye map,e fretboard.  So far I’ve got it roughed out.  The fretboard is radiused and sanded,  the markers have been added.   I need to take about 1/16” off each side to get it to the specs I want.  I’m pleased so far.
